A newly developed digitally-controlled presser foot adjusts its bottom dead centre. Each stroke for each needle bar (colour change) has been employed.
The presser foot can press fabric with the timing and force according to the fabric.
The advantage is that the fabric doesn’t flip-flop at all, and thread breakage at the start of stitching decreases dramatically.
The machine is easy to maintain and has easy touch-operation display.
This is accessible technology that offers you and your business pinpoint accuracy as well as advanced noise reduction.
Quick to change from cap to cylinder to tubular operation, the machine’s ultra strength tubular arms prevent distortion of embroidery, especially when sewing precise lettering and small designs. It’s revolutionary.
EASY MAINTENANCE
By introducing a new ‘crank driving system into the embroidery machine head, overwhelming durability has been realized at last. Also, maintenance has become simpler, with the lubricating frequency reduced to one-twentieth (once in 6 months)
