We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Please consider Carefully the delivery options that are provided at the time of check out and select the most appropriate that suits your requirements.
Australia Post
- Delivery to Po Boxes – Please select Australia Post options Standard Post or Express Post.
If you select either of the Australia post options, delivery times will be as outlined on Australia Post’s website.
Star Track
If you select either of the Star track options your order will be sent out using Star Track as the preferred method of shipping. We may from time to time have the need to use a different freight shipper at our discretion. We will always endeavour to use the most cost effective means of getting your order to you.
When you place an order, please always quote any special instructions you may have.
- Delivery to Po Boxes will be sent via Australia post.
- Authority to Leave at Door. (we cannot take responsibility for missing goods if you make this request)
Please note that large parcels will be shipped via the Road service and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes so a Physical address will be required.
Please note if an item is out of stock we will automatically place that item on back order and ship the goods at no extra cost to the customer later when they are back in stock.
