The newly designed Middle thread guide has halved the thread setting time for one needle compared with conventional parts.

Setting the thread tension easily will value add to yur production manufacture.

Needles sizes from #9 to #18 can be used. The variety of thread widths, from thin to thick have expanded dramatically.

It allows one-touch operation, and with refinements your design choices can be unique, value adding to your ranges.

In order to keep up stable quality, thread condition should be adjusted according to thread type, fabric and design.

The tension and stroke of the thread take-up spring have been adjusted for each head.

This means they can now be adjusted for each needle bar.

Adjustments can be made according to thread type and stitching method, ensuring that your product quality can be further enhanced

The automatic bobbin thread replacement improves operators efficiency and decreases their load. Bobbin threads of all heads can be replaced simultaneously.
